A licensed user may use the Images in only one project (composite, print, and electronic versions are separate projects). You may make any necessary copies of the Images for a single use in a project as long as the final product is copyrighted, does not transfer any rights to a third party, and has the proper copyright notice for the Images. Upon completion of the project, all copies of the Image must be destroyed. Only the final product may remain. Dan Ferro and Ferro Enterprises retain title and ownership of the Images, the media on which it is recorded, and all subsequent copies of the Images, regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist. You may NOT transfer any rights to the Images to anyone. This agreement does not grant you any copyrights or any other rights to the Images. This license is effective for the length of the specified project or until terminated. Ferro Enterprises has the right to terminate the user's license immediately if you fail to comply with any terms of this agreement. Upon any such termination you must destroy the original and any copies of the Images. The right to use the Images is granted subject to the terms of this agreement. The licensed user agrees to indemnify and hold Dan Ferro and Ferro Enterprises harmless from any and all claims, expenses and liability of any kind arising out of or in connection with any use of these images. If you do not accept these terms you may not use any of the Images for any purpose. Your use of any of the images will automatically constitute acceptance of all of these terms. Rights NOT Granted You do NOT own these images. You have only licensed the right to use and reproduce these images for a specified number of projects. You do NOT have the right to transfer any rights relating to these images to anyone. NONE of the images, or derivative works that contain any portion of any of these images, can be sold or given away individually or as part of a collection by anyone in any form that transfers any rights to the end user, including reproduction and usage rights. Additional rights can be obtained. Please contact dan@ferro7.com. Model's Rights Model releases have been obtained for all of the images that include models. This means that the images can be used in commercial applications to promote a product or service. They can NOT, however, be used in any situation where the models are subject to humiliation, embarrassment, or libel. These images can NOT be used for editorial or commercial purposes relating to controversial products or services. The images of models, or any derivative work containing images of these models, can NOT be used in conjunction with text or other graphics that suggest that the models are immoral, criminal, or might have a sexually transmitted disease, or promotes a particular view regarding sex, religion or birth control, or would be defamatory in any way. Copyright/Artist Notice The images are copyrighted and registered with the Library of Congress. When any of these images are used, the copyright of the images must be protected by either placing a copyright notice next to the image or placing a copyright notice at the beginning of the document that protects the entire document. An advertisement in a publication such as a magazine or newspaper must contain a separate copyright notice to protect its contents even if the publication contains a copyright notice. If the advertisement does not contain a separate copyright notice, then the Image that is used in that advertisement must have a copyright notice as described below. If the advertisement does contain a separate copyright notice, then only the name of the artist needs to be placed next to the image. The copyright notice that covers just the image must include ©, the first year of publication (indicated on the edge of the image file), and the name of the artist, e.g. © 2024 Dan Ferro.
